Our annual service agreements provide you with a complete preventative maintenance program to protect the investment you have in your business or residential comfort system, lower your energy costs, and relieve you from worries about breakdowns.

Service Agreements

We are so confident that we are providing top quality installation, that we offer service agreements on all systems installed by Cheshire Heating & A/C.  For one small annual fee we will provide preventative maintenance and make any needed repairs.  You get the full benefit of our twice yearly preventative maintenance inspections all for one small fee.  As a Service Agreement customer you'll get a discount on parts, a "special" reduced labor rate on any repairs and you'll get preferential treatment in the unlikely event you do have an emergency or after-hours breakdown.

How does it work?

Twice yearly we will call and arrange to have a technician check your system to make sure it is in top operation condition.  At the same time he'll perform these important maintenance tasks:  lubricate where needed, adjust belt tension, change filter, set thermostat and other controls for accuracy, check safety pilot and furnace ignition, check pressure valves, inspect heat exchanger, clean blower and coils, check freon charge in cooling unit, and generally "tune up" the system for maximum operating efficiency.  You'll save money by keeping your system in top condition and you'll avoid costly breakdowns and bad weather emergencies...all for one low annual charge.
